We use the contact details, delivery address, order contents and messages you provide to answer enquiries, process orders, arrange delivery, handle returns and maintain transaction records. Embroidery orders include the text and item you choose to personalize.

Payments and service providers

Stripe and PayPal process payment information. Hosting, email, customer-support, order-management and delivery providers process the information needed for their services. Our business and some providers operate outside Canada.

Cookies and analytics

Messages and embedded services

Contact, feedback and chat services process information you submit. Do not send card details, passwords or sensitive information in a message. Links to payment, tracking and review services open services with their own policies.
