What sizes can I choose?

Check the product measurements above.

Does the price change with the option?

The price beside the purchase button updates to match the selected option. Review the basket before paying.

Which currency does this store use?

All selling prices and checkout totals on this store are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Is delivery included?

Standard delivery is free when the goods total after discounts is at least $75. Otherwise delivery is $25.

Can I choose express delivery?

Express is an optional $25 delivery service, including on orders that qualify for free standard delivery.

How long should I allow for delivery?

The delivery guide is 5 to 7 days after 24 to 48 hours of order handling. Personalised embroidery adds another 2 to 3 days.

Will I receive tracking?

Tracking is emailed after dispatch. Items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels.

How do I check the fit before ordering?

20 x 30 inches; envelope closure; sold per pillowcase. Compare these details with an item that already fits, and ask us if you need a measurement.

Can I buy this as a gift?

Yes. Check the recipient's size and color preference first. Gift packaging is included only where this listing expressly says so.

Can I add embroidery?

The $15 embroidery add-on is for eligible silk garments and bedding. Specify the text and the product to personalize; contact us first if suitability is unclear.

Does the embroidery price include a product?

No. Embroidery is charged per product in addition to the garment or bedding itself.

How should I care for it?

Follow the care label supplied with this item. Check whether handwashing or a gentle machine cycle is permitted before the first wash.

Can I use bleach or high heat?

Do not use bleach or high heat unless the care label specifically permits it. Check the label before washing, drying or ironing.

How should I store it?

Store the clean, dry item away from damp and direct sunlight. Avoid packing it while wet.

Will the color look exactly like my screen?

Screens and room lighting can affect how a color appears. The named color identifies your selection; ask us before ordering if an exact match matters.

Can I order more than one?

Use the quantity control for identical selections. Add a separate basket line for a different color, size or personalisation.

How can I pay?

Choose card checkout or PayPal in the basket. Your final total is shown before payment.

Can I use valued-customer?

The code valued-customer gives 15% off goods. Delivery is calculated after that discount and is not discounted.

Can I change an order before dispatch?

Contact us promptly with your order number. The existing policy asks for changes within 12 hours; dispatch may make a change impossible. See the cancellation terms before ordering.

What if I simply change my mind?

The voluntary return policy allows a request within 15 days of delivery, subject to its conditions and return postage. Read the full policy first.

What if the item is faulty or incorrect?

Contact us with your order number and details of the problem. The change-of-mind fees and deadline do not limit rights that apply under the applicable consumer law.

Does this promise a health or sleep benefit?

No. This listing describes the item, its material and practical features; it does not promise medical, skin, hair or sleep outcomes.

How do I contact the team?

Use the contact page and include the product name and your question. For an existing order, include its order number.

What should I check before adding it to my basket?

Check the satin pillowcase specification, selected options, price and delivery terms. Confirm that the material and measurements meet your needs.
